Good UB withdrawal experience

    On 1/17 I made a deposit request which did not show in my balance at UB but did get deducted from my bank account. Fearing the worst, in light of all that is going on, I emailed UB asking to either cancel the request or have the amount deposited on my Ub account.

    Well, within a few hours my deposited money was in my UB account.

    That is good customer service.

    thats cause they called in their one customer service rep in to work today.

    As much as UB is dissed on this site, it is only fair to point out a good experience.
