PR Promotion and PR Problems

    This promotion from Poker Room looks great, except for my concerns with their site (which comes from information I received here).

    In April I took all my money out of Poker Room for 2 major reasons:

    1. It was reported on this site that they knowingly allowed people to multi-account in their tournaments. This was done by having accounts on their many skins. If this is not true I hope someone will correct me.

    2. Their site was hacked into and it took a good deal of time for them to get the site back and for their reps to come forward and explain the situation. I understand that the hacker only had control of the chat, but it frightened me enough to take all the money out of my account. I am a paranoid person by nature and I lack the technological understandings of the internet. Poker Room's inability to gain control of the chat feature for hours after the site was hacked into concerned me greatly. Again, if I am incorrect, I would appreciate some clarification.

    I have no wish to badmouth Poker Room...I would love to redeposit there and start actively playing again...but if my 2 concerns can't be proven to be wrong, I will be unable to start playing there and participate in what appears to be an outstanding opportunity.
