    well city shouldnt complain bc he played the hand awful, but from your perspective, i would fold preflop cause u have 15bbs, and should pick and choose better spots to put money in, post flop i dont hate the raise, but i like calling here more, youre not gonna get anyone off an 8 by raising (maybe 77), and u dont mind if someone calls with a 4 in their hand, cause that just puts more money in the pot with u still as a 50% favorite to win
