I don't know if you guys noticed but Cubbie76 won the sunday tournament on pokerstars. Well he also won a 10 cent tournament in the same week. I am sure that this has never been done in the history of pokerstars and I don't think that this could ever be accomplished again. This might possibly be the toughest thing to do in online poker, two win these two tournaments in the same week. I honestly believe that this is tougher than winning the triple crown. Your thoughts please.
-
Umm why did he play a 10 cent tourney and a 215 tourney in the same week??
And yes, crazy accomplishment with a lot of luck, I'm sure. -
it is also a tad bizzare! but hats off to him!
-tc -
would be harder to go back to back in the ten cent tourney. he d have to wade through a lot of bad beats and suckouts
-
obv rigged
-
lol anyone that plays .10 tourneys shouldnt be allowed to play the mil guarenteed
pokerstars INCREASE THE BUY-IN!!! -
he prolly deposited $20 through neteller, won the 10. cent tourny, entered an $11 double shooutout won that.. played the $215.. won that !!
i hear next he is going to play H@££INGGOL HU on UB $50/$100 -
whats wrong with 10 cent tourneys, i frequently play the 10 cent NL TURBO TOURNEYS as well as the Sunday $215 on stars, although i must agree that to wade through the enormous amount of bad players in the....$215...is indeed quite an accomplishment.

I wish they would have a .10 cent REBUY tourney. Or better yet make it .50 cents.
1st hour 87623876451276534123 rebuys. it would be a riot -
that would be an all in fest with any two cards, probably all 10 players at the same time too. hahaha that shit would be funny
-
I *heard from someone* on pok 5 that stars did (does?) a 1$ rebuy that has several thousand ADDED to the prizepool. maybe once a week on Sunday?
NOW that sounds like fun!
--tc -
a lot of sites have $1 rebuys,, Prima sites, Doylesroom, and UB. Doylesroom has a 1 cent rebuy around noon every day. I dont know of any 10 cent rebuys but many sites have low limit rebuys.
-
If you check his historical cashes on Tournament Reporter his a Joe Poker. He's been around nothing huge on stars.
$1k here and there.
But he did satilitte in. $10 +1 into $156K +.
Nice week.
He's playing in a double shoot out now. -
.10 tourney= Training for Sunday
-
I actually think he played very well, amazingly in this one I don't think there was any sort of chop?
-
But from Jeff's results we must discount his wins in the rebuy tourneys as we all know that he just bought those wins with his large bankroll and they took no skill at all.
-
And I will add to your statement by saying that was the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Rebuys take a whole lot of skill. You have to get lucky in the 1st hour but you try to build your stack in the 1st hour and then you tighten back up and play your game. To say that he just went all in with very marginal hands after the rebuy hour and got lucky to win the 100R is a very retarded comment
-
ollie= knows nothing about poker from that statement and doesnt deserve to talk
-
sarcasm anyone???
