  1. I'm usually an SNG grinder, and I'm used to doing 4-6 tables at once (not all that much but works for me). I'm wondering if the same is done for MTTs. How many MTTs do the MTT grinders usually play at once?
  2. depending on time of day 2-9 tables at once

  3. min of 6
  4. I can understand those numbers for a cut and dry SNG type game. But isn't an MTT more complex than that? How do you get reads and proper ranges on players if you're not able to pay attention to the 9 MTTs you're in?

  5. I would think its easier to grind 4mtt's than 4sngo's due to the fact that you're almost always sitting at a full table in a mtt as opposed to sngo's playing alot of shorthanded games where u gotta be m8kingmoves constantly while paying attention to people tendencies.

  6. back when I had a roll I didnt play very many at a time maybye 4 at the max...now im grinding back up and am normally playing about 6 4.40 180 mans and then what ever other good tornys that are running as long as they are whithin my bankroll
  7. In MTT's it's typically more slow going especially in the beginning, because as someone else said, it's full ring almost 24x7 until you're very deep and tables start condensing to like 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 etc.. Typically when I am deeper in a tournament I will have stopped registering for new ones, and started to focus on that one, usually making that window larger than others. You're typically busting out of MTT's on standard things like AK < QQ commonly and so it doesn't really require as much focus. But SNG's can also be grinded with way more than 6 tables, so it's all about what your comfort level is.
