  1. disagree with most of the posts but don't mind your line.

i like squeezing pre if you're to change anything you did

  2. Def call pre. check flop fold turn imo.
  3. if it's just HU with yellowsub postflop, what would ya do when c/r'd? flat, or pop it to 7k and call a shove?

he posted earlier that he flatted yellowsub cus he thought he might be weak and wanted him to hang himself later in the hand which would work perfect HU but the flat behind doc really ends up fucking the hand up for him

doubt he ever calls a shove if he re pops to 7k. yellow sub isn't getting anything all in this early that doc beats besides maybe 89hh

  5. 4 bet sub to 7k ish on the flop maybe.
  6. as I made my first post in this thread I thought a lot about folding the turn. After reading some more responses I'm thinking flop is perfect, turn is very close though. I think folding makes more sense than flat calling turn. Don't think sub is c/r then barreling turn lite however he did end up folding.

Since sub ended up folding seems like he might have been on a monster draw... something like 68hh or around there..

  7. Obv betting flop when checked to you is the standard line, however did you contemplate just checking back on the flop and keeping the pot smaller?

it's a double gutshot... and of course he might also have flush draw combined with it. but yes, 89 seems the most likely with a set also a likely candidate.
  9. would it be wrong to re-raise yellowsub's check raise on the flop? If you read Yellowsub as weak, and you flat his 5600 on the turn, couldn't Schaffel make the same read on Yellowsub, thus making your call an obvious flush draw? You're not calling 5600 with a straight, set or top pair/two pair with 2 hearts onboard. I think Schaffel makes a solid "Live Poker" play on the first hand of the tourny. He's got position, he probably reads Yellowsub weak, he KNOWS your on a draw. If this is online you shove and make your flush or fire up another MTT.......but who am I to say anything LOL..............GL
