    Hard to tell, but I'd guess one has a smaller boat and the other has a flush. Though it's very well possible one has the Queen.

    sick spot for sure, I think I might call because of the sick pot odds and the thought that the raiser COULD be on the case-king. Other then that, you will get to see the hands anyways (because the other guy already called) so folding isn't all that bad. Results?

    You are uncertain, you have great odds, and you will kill yourself if he doesnt have the Q. All plenty good reasons to call IMO.

    one of them would have to be really terrible to raise or call a bet and a raise with a flush...although it's possible at this buy-in
