pretty nutty call, especially given the stakes, but pf he knows hansen's range is any 4, on the turn there are tons of wrap/flush draws, gus checks a blank turn which he'd never do with a monster draw, and then bets a joke of a river...not saying i could make that call, but that was the reasoning IMO....what can gus value bet that river wth that checks the turn?
-
lolol

gus can also be bluffing with a lot of hands that bet a pair of 7s here...not a big fan of the call, but what do i know
-
standard

looks standard to me.
Checked turn, and he fired at the river 3? that card didnt help anything.
Am i 32K sure, where I'd be able to call it???? probably not, but Gus' story (betting) doesnt add up here. -
nice contribution to the thread you fkn moron, im aware that gus might be bluff-betting the river with the best hand, but the rest of what i wrote makes perfect sense. you think gus checks the turn if he has a big broadway draw and flush draw? why dont you post some analysis instead of just increasing your post count? im sure your micro-stakes tournies have qualified you to come in with an 'lolol' response, as your knowledge of the game is sufficient to just discount a response.

I cant really see anything about this hand being standard tbh. Admittedly it is a crazy call which I dont think I could make I'm pretty sure its -EV in the long run even against a tilted Gus. I think he takes this line also with missed draws that include a Ten or even a hand like 98s97s. Tbh I think internet pokers wanted to raise on the river but Ive never seen him playing $500/1k I think his standard games are 25/50 50/100. So prob just taking a shot sees Gus sitting and knows hes stuck a few Mill in the last few days.

Both durrrr and OMGClayAiken were up over $3mill in december -
INternet Pokers is prolly the worst player to ever try a bluff against in HU plo.
makes tons of crazy/sic hero calls...although he's prolly taking a shot in this HU match -
Bull George summed it up perfectly
