guy makes a terrible call on the bubble

When he raised my BB preflop of course im gonna defend it with QJ. Plus he has been making alot of standard 3xBB raise on the button lookin to steal so I know QJ isnt that far behind.When he preflop raises and then bets the size of the pot on a 2T4 board, I know that A) hes got nothing and is tryin to get me outB) he is playing his set very poorlyC) he is on a 5-8 high spade draw and wants to get me outI have been playing low limits for too long and Ive started to pick up on the donks plays. When the bet the size of the pot, its either a monster or a bluff, in this case it was a bluff, thats why I check raised him all in for his tourney life. I still cant believe he made this HORRIBLE call with absolutely nothing. I really want to here your thoughts on this play. sry I dont know how to fix this, dont bother reading it.

    He priced himself in by betting half his stack. You should have known he can't get away anymore. I would take bluffing pot commited players (especially bad ones) out of your arsenal. Sorry, but I don t think you made a "good" play. Your read was correct and thats commendable but does the bet make sense? You really thought he's gonna fold with that much in the pot? It's a good play in other situations, not this one.
