The man said he was serving out his 4th chat suspension on Stars. I thought it was first a warning, then thirty days, then six months, and then "you're outta there!"
I have my chat banned at FTP and I always give the support staff a hard time about why I got mine snatched from me for calling a couple of colluders a ****, but Matusow's chat is laced with misspelled profanity to circumvent the filters and they don't do squat with The Mouth. They always reply "that Mike is provoked in to doing it." Poor Mikey...
I guess when I start paying a thousand bucks in rake a day like Fred (not Oren) and The Mouth do, the rules will be different for me too.

People people people. Support staff on all sites are human, and as such there will never be any hard-and-fast rules. If you learn to approach them with humility and respect you'll find that you may be able to get a little leiniency on some issues. Firing off an email laced with profanity and insults is obviously NOT the way to get on people's good side and get what you want.

I didn't get no warning. I got a chat ban first time for uttering some 'Imortal' words. Or is that 'mortal'? We just dont know anymore!

chat bans occur after 3-4 warnings, depending on how bad you were chatting. if its real bad, they just ban your ass without a warning

No wai, I have like 20 warnings and 4 bans. I've been banned for typing 7 too much. I had 7 warnings and 2 bans while I was playing for play money. -
