Are there any sizing tells? What was his standard open? I think he owned you by raising so big to look like he wants you all to fold.

He was called by the BB not the og raiser.
The play is fine. With ur stack size make a scary 3bet tho with no intention of folding (Unless the guy is a complete moron station then jamming would be better cause you dont want him flatting KJ pre or something awful). So 1875ish and calling off. Also if the guy was an extreme nit you might be able to find a fold. Unlucky tho, hit a 6 next time.
