I'd like some feedback about this hand in particular...easy call? Easy fold? Somewhere in between? What would your personal calling range be in this situation?
More generally, this kind of thing comes up all the time--you're in the blinds and a short stack shoves on you, or you're going for a blind steal and a shorty shoves over the top of you. I often feel "priced in" by the pot odds, make the call, lose the hand, and suddenly I'm the short stack.
How do you guys usually handle these kinds of situations? I know it's somewhat read-dependent, but if you don't know the player, what kind of pot odds are you looking for when you're a medium stack (that's usually where I seem to find myself) and you're looking at calling off half your chips with K8 or 33 because some short stack shoved over your blind steal?
Thanks for any advice.

personally I call, he only has 10bbs and pushing from UTG (right before the blinds hit his stack). it's unfortunate if he has an overpair, but thats poker...

Anybody have any more general comments/suggestions about dealing with short-stack pushes?
I thought this particular instance was an easy call also, am curious to see if anybody disagrees?
Thanks for the response,

even with a super nitty read, in that spot I pretty much call all day and figure I'm racing two overs...
like the previous poster said, if he has 10's or better, oh well but I think you'll find he's shoving with much less -
^^^This.
