In your opinion, which form of NL Hold'em is the most difficult and why?
Full Ring?
6-Max?
Heads up?
I am talking about strictly cash games. -
It will be different for everyone based on which your best at.
- Some can dominate heads up, but struggle at a full ring.
- I feel more comfortable in a full ring, but find heads up hard.
You might have to rephrase your question?
In each variation the emphasis is on a different skillset. I will say that putting someone on a hand gets more difficult from full ring to heads up. -
Yes, you are somewhat right My question still applies. I am looking for different viewpoints.
But, different forms have different variance levels, metagame, amount of bad beats, etc. So, we may see a trend based on that. -
easily headsup

I think heads up is the most difficult, then 6-max, then full ring is easiest. Strategy becomes more complex and play becomes less straight forward with fewer players I believe. Beats you take are about the same I believe in terms of what should be a good hand at each level.
