Has anyone received $ from a withdrawal request since 1/16?

    They first told me 2 weeks and now they don't know how long. The customer service said the requests were being processed to the US but the list is enormous. Has anyone received $ from neteller since january 16th? My request is still pending. I'd feel better if I knew someone had recieved their $.

    Nope. At first my withdrawl said "Accepted", so I kept checking my bank acct. for the deposit, then this week the withdrawl changed back to "Pending". How that happens I don't know.

    I just requested a Neteller card, because no one is having problems with that and it only takes about an hour to transfer funds onto it

    Hopefully it will be here sometime next week

    I requested a bank transfer on the 1/14, on 1/16 they took the money from me neteller account, and they still havent sent it to my bank account, and havent replied to any emails, and their support lines for my country are all down. Im from Australia, no US so I dont know why their is any problem, except that they simply have not even tried to send the money at this stage.

    I requested a Neteller card last night because the Neteller Customer Service lady told me it was best to withdraw via the card. She told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get the card. I just went to the Neteller site and read the US Service update. It now states that the Neteller Gold card was no longer a withdrawal option. What is the Neteller Gold card? Is it what everybody refers to as being the Neteller card? If so, the card may no longer be the answer. Anybody know what the Neteller Gold card is?
