Initially I thought that the change in VPP distibution would be an improvment for the avid mass hand grinder. However after playing 6k hands on the first day of this change I'm starting to have reservations.

That said I'll hold off my judgement until the first month is over and until all tables sporting the old code have been replaced by the new.

Any links or comments other than the above would be most welcome?
  2. For the SNG or MTT grinder, it's obviously easier. For cash game players, I think the jury is still out.

The new Euro points program could also throw an unknown monkey wrench in the deal, depending on exchange rates.

  3. I play 6max 10/20 lhe and unless I'm crazy, it's definetily going faster

  4. I play .25/.50 PLO and it seems to be going much slower. I used to get 1 every 3 hands or so and currently it's running at 1 every 4.5 hands. Especially since this is the weekend when the pots are typically bigger.
  5. From what I understand the players who play 3/6 and higher are getting a better earn, but if you play lower, say .25-.50 through 2/4, you are getting a slower earn.

Saw something on 2p2 about it in one of the LHE forums, can't find the link though.

There is a lot of talk about this on 2+2, and I think you are correct.
  7. It definitely is taking longer in the 25NL games
  8. I'll trawl 2+2 some also. Anyone have a specific link please?

    Thanks
