Hating Neteller

    Just came back from a week in Croatia. Tried to access my Neteller account from my hotel there and was refused access to the site (refused by Neteller, that is).

    Just returned home to France, and when I log in, I receive a new message that my account is closed! I am told to call an 800 number, which it turns out is broken.

    Is this anyway to run a financial institution?

    Any thoughts from the online poker community?

    if it makes you feel any better, i once asked to have a CREDIT card limit put on the account, not a debit card. two mins later, they blocked my acc with money still in it. it was only when i made a fuss about reporting them to the fsa that they opened it so i could withdraw all my money, mind you only to withdraw my money not use their other services.
    the fsa charges the company being investigated £500 each time they make an investigation. suppose they realised they didnt want to waste that amount of money.
    never gona use them again, crooked ***********
