  1. It is just a very small package that contain 2009 1040-V form and a some information on 2010 estimated taxes. I was a little worry after seeing and opening the package but after reading it a little bit I am not worry.

    What do you guys think?

  2. Sounds like the IRS' way of saying "hint hint, nudge nudge."
  3. Gambling winnings would be reported through a W2-G. Not a 1040V.

And it would come from the poker site directly if it was coming from anyone. But none of the poker sites are US companies and none of them report anything to the IRS, so you won't be getting one from them either.

Pretty much this, the 1040-V is never required they just prefer if you fill it out if you're going to have to pay them because it makes their jobs easier.
  5. Is that anything like the 1040-LOL?
  6. The only concern I still have is the 2010 estimated taxes. Do I have pay those taxes later this year? I don't know? Weird.
