  1. MTTS or SNGs?
  2. MTT's, by far
  3. I've had a couple of big MTT cashes, so probably 75% of my total income is from those as opposed to SNGs or cash games over the last eight months or so.

In my opinion, though, the key to steady bankroll growth is to be a solid SNG and/or cash game player. If you can handle the huge swings of playing MTTs for a month and losing left and right while doing so, that's fine. Personally, I have a really difficult time doing that. My approach is that success in SNGs provides me the bankroll and flexibility to take MTT shots without having to rely on them for income.

There's a lot of players who do it MTT-only, with great success. Part of the beauty of the game is that there's many ways to reach your goals.

  4. ^^^100% agree
  5. I as well have had a couple larger cahses in MTT so i think MTT 100% but if you don't get deep Sit and goes are a good way to build a roll... MTT are hit or miss so start with sit and goes then move from there
  6. Since I use SnGs to buy into MTTs, I guess the answer has to be "both." =)

  8. MTTs.... and just to be clear, I consider the 180 and 90 SNGs to be MTTs.

SNGs, however, have given me a slow and steady income... "slow" being the keyword.
