Heading to AC

    I'm leaving for AC in like an hour from NYC. This will be my first time there. I'd like some suggestions for which poker rooms/casinos are the best. I will only be there for the day.

    borgata has the best poker room and a bunch of bad poker players.

    go to the borgata, good looking waitresses, awesome poker room...you won't regret spending your day there

    Definatly Borgata> Anything Else in Atlantic City. Probably be worth your while to at least take a walk on the boardwalk as its fairly nice on a nice day.. But as far as casinos they are all dumps compared to Borgata.

    Borgata is very nice. Waiting list goes fast so don't walk away. I was #38 and went right around the corner for a beer, drink it fast while staring at the waitress at wolf gang pucks and missed my name. But if you sit at your table and you don't feel comfortable get a new table. The Showboat is small and nasty but I think it has the juiceist 1-2 nl. Can anyone inform me on the daily MTTs they have in AC?

    http://www.acpokerguide.com/ check that site out it's a pretty good a.c. web site for poker fans it has all the tourys on it.. Show boat has good tournaments as far for blind levels and stack sizes..

    I actually prefer the Taj. Can't beat the late night games and the endless supply of "Trump Ice".

    Here's the best advice. Stop at an airport somewhere on your way to AC, and buy a ticket to Vegas.

    haha great advice ngl- noticed the games were much easier in vegas- and i love how cash plays-- way too many grinders in AC

    yeah there are a lot of regulars now adays in a/c.... but its still very beatable if u know what ur doing somewhat

    But how is the play in the tournys? LAG or TAG? How many players? I noticed showboat had one going while I was at 1- 2nl but didn't get to check it out. Anyone play the one at the wild west? (Ballys)
