  1. I have a bunch of second place finishes.....ive tried a wide range of strategies when i get heads up. i tried playin small ball. i tried playing huge pots when i'm pretty sure i've got the best of it. I've even tried the "kill phil" strategy....all in every hand. have i just gotten unlucky to this point or do i need to do something differently? as you know this is a huge problem sence the biggest $$$ jump in the tourny is between 1st and 2nd....my bank roll would be close to double if i could just finish.....

    your thoughts?

  2. situational
  3. Assuming you are mostly an MTT player take some time off and learn how to play SNGs.
Will help your MTT game in a ton of spots. Especially HU, where you are relatively short most of the time.
  4. depends on your opp, if you can outplay him in the long run, try and keep pots small. If you get heads up with someone like menlo etc, play push shove.
