This is my first post, Ive been reading P5's for a couple weeks and have learned a ton- anyways,
I won a satelite to any weekday super MTT at party so I registered, not realizing that Wednesday was LIMIT HE.. anyone have any strategy adjustments/pointers? I mean, I have played a lot of limit holdem just not in tourney format with escalating blinds. Any advice or links to posts/strategies on this topic would be greatly appreciated! Thanks -

I joined a limit tourney once by accident and ended up taking 3rd. Just make sure you repop the really good draws and try raise whenever you get a Top 10 and you should be good to go. And you might want to try and steal when on the button, esp when the blinds get high.

Thanks for the input- I actually pulle dout Helmuths book real fast andskimmed his chapter on limit tourneys which basically said the same asyou advised.. I ended up busting out pretty early, repopped with AK andplayed it a little too aggressive i guess as I ended up dead to aflopped boat (6's full of 5's)- I outlasted Bax tho, but unstoppableAri is still going strong..
You think if I email party and tell them my mistake I'll get a freeroll to tomorrows Super?? Im sure they'd understand.... -
You honestly think they will reply in time for tomorrows event ;-)
