  1. Home game, action on all streets. On the river Player A bets and Player B calls. Player A flips up a good hand and player B jumps from hand saying 'i knew you had that.'

Another player flips up Player B's losing hand. Player B gets mad his losing hand is shown. Goes into a debate weather he had rights to flip his cards up?

And, when heads up action on river and a player bets and calls, who must flip hand up first.

  3. if it's a home game between friends, theres no real reason to get mad for more than abotu a minute about something like this. Playing a home game with friends should be for fun and not to prove who's best/who knows the rules the best.
  4. I agree with Goodburger on this one. However, it is very bad etiquette (especially in a friendly home game) to force the guy to show his losing hand, especially by a guy that wasn't involved in the showdown.
  5. The player who bet and got called is supposed to show first at showdown. The player that called can request that the bettor show his hand before he has to show his.

  6. Player B's hand can be shown if anybody requests it, but they should ask the dealer and not grab it themselves. This is also extremely un-cool to do in almost all situations. The only time I would ever do it is if I thought I was being colluded upon.

  7. I don't understand why this is so douchy ---- I'll ask every time I want to see, as this is information that I'm entitled to and information that may make me money later ---- in return I have no problem showing my cards to anyone that requests to see them.

  8. ^^^ I agree 100% and I too use this option... particularly in live games where the same person continually raises PF ... I want that information and it could make a huge difference in that session.
