    nothing you can do here at all IMO. blinds were getting so high and JJ is solid just ran into a cooler, better luck next time.

    Yes you played it bad. It is JJ lots of hands beat u. QQ KK AA 77 AK diamond AQ diamond. You wanna race for your tourney against the flush. You were in great position. You are up against one of the few players that can hurt you. Fine with the pre-flop raise. Fine with the C-Bet. Alarms should go off when he raises you. What is he raising with? Diamond draw? or a made hand? You have position on him. Just call his raise. Still plenty of chips left for the turn. Diamond comes he may check. Ace or King come he may check. Make your decision at that point. Maybe J comes. Then you can push because he may have diamond draw and only one card to come. As it was you re-raised him but then he re-raised you all in. Did you consider you might be beat? You still had more chips than the rest of the table. You could have folded there. You don't say how many left or payouts. That would factor in my decision as well.
