    in a $24 tourney its a snap call with JJ...
    in a $150 rebuy unless there is some history i feel like he should let it go to u
    after u 3-bet the flop all-in he should def. get the point that ur not foolin around shoving 100bbs in there

    at first , it seems just correct but the way this hand is played, your bigger PP is almost face-up in this situation, especially after your last raise in..but still hard to fold JJ on this board..what do people think about the preflop flat though?

    Imo, Pre flop flat is good - for the person who asked that. And obviously the JJ call is terrible if you think it's terrible, because only you knows your true range - and by your chat it crushes JJ. If he doesn't know you, then on a rainbow board i'd still say it's a pretty ugly played hand and a bad final call - you're right he only beats a bluff and i don't think you're bluffing very often.
