Whenever someone makes a bet like this, I always think they're weak. It seems like she had a flush draw, and was making a stab on the turn, hoping I either missed the flop or put her on an 8.

mmmbillski: raises $5.75 to $8
mjgrannie: calls $5.75
*** RIVER *** [Jd 8d Ks 8h] [9c]
mjgrannie: bets $6.75

Hit my money card, but she still led out into me. I thought for a while whether to call or push, but in the end I felt she didn't have the boat and pushed, and she instafolded.

I had no reads on the players, it was probably the 10th hand played at the table. Did I raise enough on the turn? I raised to $8 mainly because it left me with $15, which I felt was enough to make a stab if a non-diamond hit the river. Also her river bet was confusing ... should I have played it safe and just called?

Also, its my first post, so take it easy on me :)
