This question is more online based rather then live, since online u really can't get a "great read" on your oppents. So as the title suggests what/how do u perfer to play online, loose or tight aggressive? Now I understand that not all ppl will be able to answer the question because it really does depend on who/how your oppent is playing, and I realize that poker is'nt really about the cards but rather then playing the "person" themselves and tricking them to believe you have a monster when in all fairness you don't, but just wondering, what u think is better? I really belive loose is alot better then tight aggressive, for the simple fact that when your playing loose, your oppents won't be able to really put u on a hand, since you have been playing every single hand, but the down fall to this game plan is simple, u will bleed money, but then again if u just constantly keep "hitting" or making your oppents fold then this is a great game plan? Now tight aggressive is very well when it comes to a table full of ppl that are just extremly aggressive, but then again, you "tight aggressive", wont really get any action for your monster hands, since you only play monster hands? what do u all think?
Btw, I'm new here could'nt really figure what to post sry if this has already been posted -
If I'm playing cash games, I'm generally tight...but I do limp in with pocket pairs, suited connectors, and occasionally non-suited connectors (in position) to either hit a monster hand or bluff at the pot. I usually don't ever bluff though unless I feel that I can get my opponent to fold. This means at the beginnings of most of my sessions, I play very tight and get an idea of how everyone else is playing. Then I loosen up a little and "play the players". I make note not to bluff the calling stations, and overbet my monsters against the same players. I make note to ocassionally bluff the tight players and underbet my monsters against the aggressive players and make them think I'm bluffing.

My favorite is Tight ultra-aggressive (every single good spot to bluff, i bluff)

I play alot of 9 person, 60, 114, and 225 buy ins on stars so I play with alot of the same sharks everyday, so I can usually get a read of some sort, but always tight in the begining, try to steal when the blinds are mids, and play uber agressive on the bubble, pending chip stack, and position of course.
The result is i either win or take forth wich really burns my ass... but I know who usually plays what, and when, what they are willing to call AI with and who bluffs alot, and so on...
