  1. this type of player occurs quite frequently in the micros, and i find myself being burned by them often. they rarely fold preflop and tend to check/call every street (usually to the detriment of my hand). it can be quite hard to put them on ranges.

i know to bet my made hands and rarely bluff, but are there any other tips for dealing with these guys? what should my cbet strategy be for missed flops?
  2. not a lot you can do besides value bet out with a better hand and hope they don't suck out. They're going to miss the majority of the time and double you when they do. I know where you're coming from though makes you want to pull your hair out when they call you with 5 high on the flop and turn and make a back door flush on the river when you flopped a set.
  3. jam the pot and check more flops that you miss.
  4. Tighten up your play while in a pot with them.

what should my cbet strategy be for missed flops

If you take a stabb (make it small), shut down when you get called unless you improve. They will not fold a pair.

If they raise & you don't have the near nuts; fold.

The success versus stationy players is to not pay them off

  5. flop the nuts and take them for every penny
  6. stupid fkn reply, if you're going to give your pennys worth - make it a pennys worth not this chit
  7. Seriously, the answer is to identify them and never bluff at them--only value bet. Juice pots with your premiums and make them pay for every street if they want to draw... When you flop a decent hand extract max value. Not really much more than that to it is there?
  8. idk pretty obvious answer i think. take small stabs on your cbets and keep betting if you hit
