<--- Look over at the strategy archives, you can spend literally weeks studying that stuff. I still do, and need to more often obv lol.

Books, Hand analysis, Tons of play
I am not a reliable source though, I am still trying to figure it out -
play play play thats all there is to it-volume. Another good idea would be to get someone to sweat your sessions this has really helped me in the past couple months.

pick better games. play people worse than you.

Focus on one type of game, read the articles on P5's, subscribe to a training site, implement what you have learned daily, pwn noobs

1. Study everything you can find on the games you want to crush.
2. Play, play, and play some more.
3. Analyze and review your hand histories and tournaments to see where your leaks are.
4. Play, play, and play some more.
5. Find a friend that understands and wants to discuss poker situations,
6. Play, play, and play some more.
7. Get a coach for your game and shadow his games and have him shadow your play.
8. Play, play, and play some more.
9. Maybe join a training site and watch their videos for a month or so. You only need to continue with a training site if they show fresh information and you are still getting a benefit.
10. Play, play, and play some more. -
would also highly suggest finding someone at your caliber or above and discussing hands with them

I would say first choose the combination of the game you are best at / enjoy the most. Then your next course of action would be to play on a somewhat regular basis. Nothing you can read will be able to replace experience. Once you start getting a better "feel" of the game you have chosen, start reading various forums regarding hand histories. You should read the initial post, decide what you think would be the best course of action and why, and then proceed to read the replies and see how they compare. That would be a great way to get started. Also, you absolutely must have something to track your stats/progress. PT3 or HEM is an absolute must if you take the game remotely seriously. It keeps you honest about your own ability and tells you just about everything about past opponents. GL
