  2. I think a 4 bet on the button with aces is more effective because the blinds will think you are 4betting light because you have position. It will open up their range of what they'll 5 bet shove with. I don't like playing aces post flop because you don't know what the blinds have, half the time they'll have a suited connector that will either flop huge or you'll get a quick check/fold on the flop from them. 4 bet aces ftw.

    Most ppl are scared to 5b light. I do agree that you should 4b AA for value. Against a tight-ish player, most flops they will likely shutdown anyway or only fire one barrel with most of their 3betting range.
