Ok, so I flatted pre looking to outflop a big pair. Lo and Behold, I get the flop I'm looking for. Problem: on the turn, of the three big pairs out there, I now only beat one. Call or fold to the overshove?

i hate these teaser posts...just post the entire HH =(

Did you call and lose is that why ur posting??? :)

No, hes trying to ask for some peoples thoughts.
The guys range is 100% AA KK QQ, and after the turn..the only hand you beat is KK.
The thing is...I dont think hes shoving the turn very often with KK when an ace spikes. So I think that pretty much makes it a fold once all those factors are considered...I duno....anyways...unlucky he had AA obv...GG tho and gl -
Obv villian has QQ or AA and he lost this hand. Chalk it up to a cooler and move on.
-
imo you can take AA out of this range as I"d be completely shocked if he's over shoving the turn. So rly the only hand ur afraid of is QQ and that is such a small part of his range. So you can't put someone on one hand here.
Had he made any of these strange three bets before? -
Why? Yes, he had a boat, and yes, I snapped thinking I could never fold, but looking back at it I had him on a big pair pre-flop and I don't really beat a big pair that he overshoves the turn with. The consensus with everyone I've talked to is that this is never a fold but I can not for the life of me figure out why not. What hand range makes sense for his entire line that I can profitably call against? And, more importantly, if it doesn't make sense for his entire line which part of the line should I 'ignore,' e.g. AA shouldn't be overshoving the turn but neither should KK or QQ, and those make up most of the range that he mini-raises pre-flop, so which part of the line should I assign a nonsensical range for?
-
LOL @ saying some randoms min raise range is only AA-QQ.

am i missing thing here pf?
you min raised, he min re-raised -
I was deep in the 75k today with NeverScaredB and all he did was min raise. It was actually kind of funny.

100% AA, KK, QQ LMAO you are crazy if u narrow guy down to 3 hands on this. Lot of satty players in ftops. I say his range is much wider than AA,KK,QQ. i got AJ+99+

with their stack sizes...and him min reraising....yeah, his range is nothing but that....Im talking about his range for shoving that turn card. this guy was nitty as fuck.
rethink the situation before you start laughing. do you think hes min reraising into the chipleader with something he doesnt want to get it in with????
no1 is going to min reraise with 99 or aj in this spot ever....even if they were slightly retarded. -
