If you already have an account than congrats, you have successfully signed up for all the rakeback you can get.
Not sure how the stellar rewards are working out, I think its around 7% for the early stages, haven't really put much thought into it myself -

As stated above, Stars does not offer rakeback. a rundown of the cashback equivalent Stars players receive is outlined here: PokerStars VIP Club review -
In terms of the Stellar reward; it normally ranges in value from 1c-1.33c/FPP, apart from one level - between 4001-5000 VPP, it is effectively at the same 5c/FPP clearing level as the reload bonus.
Barring unusual levels, that would mean I'm getting between 2.2 of 40 cents (5.5%) and 2.926 of 40 cents (7.31%) back. (The peak level gives 11/40 cents back for 27.5%)
