  2. Ummmm, you ran into a calling station! You could of had pocket kings and he wouldn't of folded!!! Well played, but at low level SNG's these guys don't know how to fold so play a little tighter. You can't bluff these guys, they are too stupid to fold!!
  3. Ok sean.
The reason that i felt you didnt have a King was:
    1. You smooth called the raise pre flop. I felt like i had a pretty loose image and you probably would have fired back pre-flop with any hand better than random.
    2. Your bet after i checked it to you after the flop i thought was extremely weak and to me at that point meant a monster or air.
    3. when the King came on the turn, i just felt like you for sure didnt have one. I didnt think you had QQ so i felt like my tt was the best. I thought really that you had J9.

Dont take it personal. I made a decent read and went with it.

And for the retarded comment by the idiot. You tell me what line you would have took here.

  6. as for my bet on the flop seemed weak...i bet half the pot...what other amount would i bet to not be weak?

  7. 3/4 or higher probably would have been a better amount.
I had extremely good pot odds to call that bet by calling 450 into an 1000 dollar pot. Had the bet been bigger and the pot odds not so good...i could have gotten away from the hand. When the second King came though it was really a bad card for you. statistically speaking the chances of you having one with 2 others out are slim (not impossible) so i really knew that TT was good at that point. I was looking to dodge any ace or nine after the turn because i felt like you could have A9 or J9.
    Hope this helps.
  8. betting the same amount as the pf raise on the flop always looks weak imo
  9. cool man...see you around.

  10. Well, JicJac will always know what he was thinking best, and his line of thoughts actually made sense.

But, as a rule, representing hands at a $4 game is difficult if not impossible. I like the thought of betting the flop. Once he leads out on the turn, I think you bail. He also called your hand.

He just threw 1200 in the pot on the turn and 450 on the flop (after raising). That 2 isn't scaring anyone there, so why bet?

For the most part, the only reps that seem to work are 4 card straights (if you only need a jack for a straight) or a flush. If anything, these might get too much respect at this level. However, representing a card shouldn't be done, nor should mutiple street bluffs.
  11. JicJacJohn- Good reply and analysis of your hand. Not sure I totally agree with point 1 but then I wasn't there for the build up of your image but point 2 & 3 nailed why he didn't rep a K.
