I have been reading that a lot of players have been having trouble with the fulltilt software. The list of problems ive seen include:
only being dealt one card,
no buttons appearing to take action with,
computer freezing up,
"bugs" or "glitches" in the software,,,, etc etc
If you are experiencing any of these or other problems with the fulltilt software, try following these steps and it should fix your problems.
Make sure and follow each step in EXACT ORDER, DO NOT SKIP ANY STEP.
1.) On the "Start" menu, click on "My Computer".
2.) Select your main hard drive (usually "C"), "Program Files", and "Full Tilt Poker".
If you saved the software to a different location than the default directory when
you installed it, go there instead.
3.) Locate the file called ""(Your Player ID)xml".
The text in square brackets will be your actual Player ID on Full Tilt Poker
Copy this file and paste it to your desktop.
Reboot your computer and follow these next steps in exact order to reinstall the software.
1.) Click on the "Start" menu and select "Control Panel".
2.) Click on "Add or Remove Programs", select "Full Tilt Poker", and click on
"Change/Remove" to uninstall the program.
3.) Delete the file called "fulltiltsetup.exe" from the location you saved it to when
you installed the software.
4.) Click on the "Start" menu and select "Run".
5.) In the window that appears, type in the text space: regedit
6.) Click "OK".
7.) Expand the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" folder and then the "Software" folder.
Locate the "Full Tilt Poker" folder and delete it.
8.) Expand the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" folder and then the "Software" folder.
Locate the "Full Tilt Poker" folder and delete it.
9.) Reboot your computer.
Once you have completed these steps, download and install the Full Tilt Poker software at: http:/www/fulltiltpoker.com .
This should remove and bug or glitch you are currently having and by reinstalling the software, it should let your computer run without any problems.
Hope this helps. -

just as a disclaimer...i wouldn't try anything that this guy posted. you shoudln't be poking around in the windows registry unless you really know what you're doing. if you delete the wrong thing you can cause some serious irreversible problems to your computer.
a lot of these full tilt issues have been fixed by software updates anyway...

As long as you don't mistakenly delete other objects, simply deleting anything marked FullTiltPoker in your registry won't permanently damage your computer. It'll simply be re-added when you reinstall the client.
