How long does it take FT to email back these days?

    It tooks months last time I tried, and i havent played there for a year cuz of service ISSUES....

    What is a black card??? I dont get why it takes minutes for some people and weeks or months for others?????

    Should I send the same email every 5 min. until they respond or would that just make things worse??????
