  1. have problem with full tilt support, make a deposit with virtuell-mastercard, full tilt send me a mail that the money is deposited to my account. 3hours later i wnna log in into my account and what happens? not possible> players id and password not correct!!!! dont understand why. send mails to cashier,support,security,password @ fulltilt and to the german support. NO answer for 3 days. their computer answer me they get mails, thats all i`ve heard for 3 days. 24/7 support? where is that. Example: partypoker credit it in seconds to my account... pokerstars answers in 10-15 minutes.

    u know what i can do?

  3. it took them a week to ban my chat when i had like 15 complaints for it in one day.
    if that gives you any idea of their support
    stars whips me into shape in like 45 seconds after recieving an email from some ol hag

    When someone comes here for support, and to ask a question, we choose to knock him down because his english isn't perfect??? That just screams pure class...

    Anyhoo, FullTilt support sucks, it always does...you'll need to wait at least a week....

    they are slow, crawling slow, only thing they do quick is when i withdrawl to my instadebit, they do this very quickly.

    now i have to scan some things and send it to them, for that they need 3and a half day, they can tell me that BEFORE i make that deposit then i can do these things and have not that trouble with an closed account. at first a have to buy a new scanner, thats great! that was it, ty here

    Just take a picture off the thinks you need to send them and load it
    to youre computer and send them.... dont buy a scanner.... GL
  13. they want a copy of passport,bank account,and adress and to send that i need a scanner, or what u mean?

  14. He means take a picture of your passport and such with a digital camera then download it into your computer and email it to them. GL
