How long is too long to wait on $ from a deal?

    I made a deal last night on UB with OnlineproNGP to chop the final two spots. Tourney ended at 2:30am CST and no record of a transfer yet. At what point do you start to think about complaining to the site? DO I have any recourse if he re-neggs?

    I am sure this has come up a thousand times here so I apologize for posing a ? that has probably been answered before.

    i was involved in 2 recent chops, and both times the person didnt have transfer rights.Not sure if this is the case here, but in my case they had to email cust service to get it done and it took a day , but i got my $ both times

    Personally, if I dont see the funds withing 30 min after the trny, I think something is wrong. How long does it take the transfer to go through? maybe 10-15 after the transaction is made? I general like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but what are they doing? Prob logging off and hoping you dont persue the issue. Id email support after a few hours of no money. No harm in emailing. Id lay even odds on you getting money. Hopefully you have a strong chat log.

    oh and BTW, I hate dealing on UB. stars support rocks. end of rant

    why make a deal on a site that doesn't support deals? you trust strangers on the internet that much?

    OnlinePro is a friend of mine, and is as honest as they come. His requests to transfer you the $ thru UB have been rejected by UB. Tell me the exact amount he owes you and your 1st name, and I will transfer you the $ immediately.

    I chopped a mtt with onlinepro as well, we agreed he would send me 65.000$ right away, and he hasn't done this yet! Bax could you help him?
