I'm just curious on a better than average players ratio wins to losses on something like this? Is it possible to win 50 in a row ? What kind of win streaks would a "pro" or "veteran" go on in this kind of limit?
-
I'd think 50 in a row is approaching potripper status. Well considering the BOP totals (Which I'm not 100% accurate on ) I would say maybe the best player could feasibly win 10 of 15 maybe
But have no basis on this just guesstimates -
potripper status? (noob here sorry)
-
To tell you the truth, it really isn't about what kind of streak you go on. The sharkscope leader for 6-max turbos in 2010 had a 13% ROI over like 13k games. The main goal is to have a 5% ROI or greater and you make money by playing them in VOLUME!
-
so is it possible to win 50 in a row?
-
Google potripper, he hacked the software so could see other player's cards
no, it's not possible to win 50 in a row -
Even 15 or 10 is pretty much impossible. Way too much shit involved to run that good, even if you could see their cards.
Pretty sure there was a site a few years ago giving away $1,000,000 to anyone who could win 7 or 8 or something sngs in a row. Not sure if anyone ever did it, but that gives you an idea of how statistically improbable it is. -
I can win 3 in a row, I don't see how a pro couldn't do 10
-
0.7 on a good day
-
Impossible to win 50 in a row
-
titan poker used to have 5$ sng that if you won 6(i think) in a row you won a share of 20k(i think).
and a 2$ sng that if you won 8 in a row you got 2k i think, not sure it happened very often!
So yea 50 is ridiculous! -
soooooooooooooooo basically if you can keep a 2:1 ratio you're doing 1000x better than most people
I could see on pokerstars 50 , fifity fiftey wins in a row possible, maybe even double or nothings -
You are really looking at these the wrong way. You can't finish first at a 2:1 ratio. There is an amount you are In The Money and then there is also your ROI. I don't know whether you are looking to make a steady profit in these or just think you are going to play a couple hundred and turn a huge profit?
-
steady making profit i.e. 2:1 ratio
-
def should not be worrying about if u can win X amount in a row, doesn't work that way
-
if my goal is not to obtain a 2:1 ratio what is my goal?
-
Have a +ROI over a high volume amount at whatever level you chose to play.
-
I don't know the payout for these but +volume any type +ROI sounds good to me you don't always have to win but yes it would be nice and make life easier, but you could play 3 hours on a few tables that you win where there will be some sick volume bot that makes more thanh you simple cause they handle volume better
-
I don't see how you can't obtain a 2:1 ratio easily? I mean half of poker is good folds, sure you're going to have bad days, but your focus on winning will help. I feel like this is more than possible, ESPECIALLY in the double or nothings / fiftey fiftey new games
-
go play 5k fifty fifty SNGs and let us know if you money 2:1 ratio
-
well i suck but, im talking about someone with skill
-
no. it's so out of the question its ridiculous
-
i dont believe so
-
1
-
50 MIRRRION
-
I was expecting a different response, I can't believe you all think it's impossible to obtain a 2:1 ratio consistently

So why don't you put your money where your mouth is and do it yourself or STFU about it. You came here asking a question we told you the answer and you still debate it. GTFO noob
