i deposit about once a week.

One time i cashed out like 2 days apart on stars and they just combined my cashouts into 1. -

How many times do you <strike>cashout</strike> deposit per week?

I think you should have clearly defined parameters in your BR management plan. If you don't have one of these you should get one immediately. It is absolutely essential to your success as a player. In my opinion, it is equally as important as your knowledge of poker theory and experience.
It could say something like "When the money in my account is over 50% of my total BR, then I will cash out approximately 25%." It is up to you to set these rules.
I'm not saying you should go party with this money either. You should have a separate bank account set aside just for your deposits and cashouts.
Then you have it stated in your BR plan when you'll take money away from your BR. For instance, mine states that I will take 20% of any final table finish and put it in my personal account. Then I eventually move some of that money into my investment portfolio, and use the rest.
Now, if only I could learn how to follow mine!!! You should at least have one and try to follow it, you will eventually get better at it. It really will positively affect your long-term success. -
Definitely echo this... I got 2 separate bank accounts that I put checks into and def dont do over a few a month. Have never had probs...
