  1. I would like to know how much the average online poker pro loses in a month versus how much they gain. Hopefully some of you top dogs can answer this question. Thanks!

    Kenny "netjunkie" Perkins
  2. one miliyun
  3. Do you mean as far as losing cash game sessions?

cause SnG specialists cash about half the time (in 1-table SnGs) and MTT specialists cash about 15 per cent of the time (of course, theyre pros because when they DO cash, they cash high)
  4. well if they are a "pro" then the amount they lose is usually less than the amount they win.
  5. I am referring to MTT specialists such as Johnny Bax, intervention, mr menlo, etc. I am really trying to understand the numbers so I can effectively manage my own bankroll in the future.

  7. ....wtf this is retarded

  8. Ok, lets assume for argument's sake that the average MTT pro has a 50% ROI. And lets assume the average buy-in for him will be $75. I guess the next assumption we need is volume, so how about 200 MTTs/month. So given all that, the average month for the "average" MTT pro will look like this.

    Total Buy-ins - $15000
    Total Winnings $22500
    Total Profit - $7500

  9. Look at their ROI%. Avg is prolly 50%, so if they spend $10k a month they get back $15k.

  10. Thank you Dyzalot and heynow21. That is exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully this information will help someone else also.
