I probably played this wrong, but I thought if I bet it, it might conceal my hand more. Oh well, what do you think?

theres no right way to play it other than reads and your image.. if you been C-bettin the hell out of the table than c-bet and hope for a re pop if youve been passive check it esp if villan is aggro.... this hand is a table image decision
-
you could have checked the flop, but then when you show aggression later in the hand, it looks to much like a slowplayed ak, set, or flush. i like the bet on the flop, maybe would have bet a little less, make it look like a probe bet with the ace of clubs or something, and pray that someone flopped two pair, or has the ace of clubs and will play back at you.

I just made a straight flush in a $5 cash game. Four people in the pot, checked round to me, and I min bet. Everyone folds. This was two hands after I made quad twos, and only got a little out of them. I would have to get quads and make a straight flush on the tightest micro cash table going...

What a horrible stressfull event flopping a straight flush.....I feel sorrry that you had to go through this.....

what's the point of this reply? Did you know this is a poker forum? where people come to talk about poker. You sir are a loser!
-
It might not be correct, but I'd probably check behind in that situation.
If someone has a hand like K-Q or K-J of hearts, I don't think they'll call a flop bet, but they might call a turn bet if the turn is a 2 of diamonds or something.
Then again, maybe you can bet the flop to get value out of a guy with a lone ace or king of clubs.
I think table dynamics matters less than joey made it out to be. I mean, in a 5.50 tourney nobody really pays a lot of attention to stuff like that. Not to mention that in a multi-way pot on a meta-coordinated board, people probably won't just make their usual c-bet. -
I know how it is spelled it was a mistake. my l key is fucked. Anyway I was just kidding dude, no offense intended.....
