    What is the best play here? Am a tad short, but not ridiculous. SHould I have held off, flatcalled? Or raise 3 or 4x..and if i get reraised allin, then decide?

    Be happy to hear some thoughts.

    your going broke here most times... definately dont limp. I think you can standard raise but preflop if he comes over the top is ur only chance to not go broke here. I think after that flop you have to think your ahead. Dont bash yourself for this hand, i dont think going all in was the best play, but i stll think your going broke here one way or another.

    am not bashing myself too hard, this is a tough spot.

    Little short, bout 2.5k short of average stack, utg with hated pair.

    Your raise is way too much. i might bet like 700 here. a repop then provides you with a new decision and depends on the player i MIGHT lay this down. your raising this much is really destroying the value of the hand. either get called by someone who is beating u badly or perhaps a coin flip. or u pick up the blinds, which will end up being 500 with the limper. TEN TEN is a good hand but this is way too much aggression with it.
