Didn't have any great reads on villian, just figured he was getting pretty short and this could be a pretty wide shove like low pp and Ax hands and it was a likely a flip I was willing to risk with my stack. Just wondering if this should be more weighted toward snap-fold or other thoughts? Thanks

I think you can find a fold here. He started the hand with 20bb so he's not that short. Also, he shoved over your early position raise which suggests a pretty tight range which KQ doesn't do that well against, and is often dominated. If he's a little shorter (10-12bb) calling is fine but in this spot I would pretty much snap fold.
-
Don't understand why you'd be willing to risk a 1/4 of your stack. You're probably either dominated or at best a flip. As other poster stated, he wasn't that short-stacked. I don't think it's a terrible call but it sure appears to be -ev.
-
Yeah it definitely killed alot of the momentum I had built up at the table, and now looking back it should be an easy fold for exactly reasons you guys mentioned. Thanks for the input
