    Blinds 500/1k I have 16k UTG with 99

    a) raise/call?
    b) open shove?
    c) fold???

    I'm shoving and a lot of the time I'm shoving my entire opening and shoving range

    I think that shove is prob standard here and even more so in the 500 because people with probably be calling lighter than the tourneys with overall weaker fields. But I think that it may be better to raise/call/decide because if some crazy action happens or someone you know would never 3bet you light with your stack/open 3 bets us from utg+1 my we can just ditch? I know folding scenarios are very unlikely and maybe even bad but there are certain spots in which i think you could raise fold this.
