I closed my Party account today

    After playing for 3 hours yesterday in the Freeroll qualifier to the WSOP qualifier today, where top 50 went on to the quailifier, the tournament crashed when I had twice the avg. chips with 180 left. I could have pretty much folded in. So they sent the auto email saying I got $0 because it was a freeroll. I sent them an email saying if they didn't put me in the freeroll I would never play at party again. It was the second tourney of mine that crashed in two days and for money tourneys I usually do not have a problem with how they distribute funds, but they have had too many crashes lately and I am sick of it. To not give anything to the top 50 chip leaders of the freeroll is ridiculous.

    In their reply email it said no compensation for freerolls and at the end of it it said, "thank you for doing your online gaming with us." I sent them an email back telling them apparently they didn't read my email because by not giving me a seat in the freeroll I will no longer be doing my online gaming with them, and told them to close my account.

    i played in the 2nd round.. only took a good 30min to lose a flush to a river boat, trips to a boat, and a boat to a higher boat. gg me

    also, 3 of my 1st round quals froze and eventually cancelled.. my last one played all the way through and i made top 50.

    lol i doubt they are worried about one person quitting their site, especially when complaining about a freeroll. sucks tho, but they get paid on rake.

    I like party and I'm gonna keep playin' there........but a couple nights ago I was near the money in an MTT and figured I could just check through one more button orbit and at least get a little money......then whambo......I get stuck paying the big blind TWO hands in a row (with no table change)......this eroded my stack almost to the felt and I went out right on the bubble with no money.......I e-mailed the hand history back to PP support......they just told me since some other guy had just joined the table it meant that I had to pay the big blind two hands in a row.......I told them this would NEVER happen in a live tourney and they agreed but they told me their software simply isn't sophisticated enough to keep the tables balanced without periodically making someone pay the big blinds two hands in a row......they also refused to refund my buyin......this was a low buyin MTT so it wasn't a huge issue for me, but this could be a HUGE issue in a big money tourney......

    that sucks. you should email them back saying they should notify everyone that their software is flawed or that you'll do it yourself.
