    ( a poker forum) the passion for a solid business practice, please forward this to every site your involved strongly with. Thank you for your assistance.

    I have been ( in my eyes) a valid supporter for years in the on-line poker business.
    I have seen and heard many negative things happen over these years. I feel I can not just sit around anymore without not trying to help in a positive change to the unregulated business we are associated with.

    We have not been given a right to see the internal structure to any site we play.
    We invest a lot of money in this business without proper "Due Diligence" in trusting our money is protected from fraud. We should require as "Investers" access to people
    who have control of our investment.

    It is about time for this change. Please assist me in requiring some protection in this matter.

    Edit: 1 more thing.......There are some sites that you have instant access to ( Respect to those sites ) But there are a few sites we dont. The only point I am making is to have a Fraud Hotline at every site. Hope you understand the reality of this.

    I agree.....We all invest a lot of money and are expected to trust these sites on there word. Not only should they install a Fraud Hotline.....But we should be allowed (as investors) to view the internal operations of each site.

    as far as i know UB is the only site that has immediate live support [ive used it many times]--why cant ps or ftp do it?

    bodog has a 1-800 # that offers immediate assistance from a live person.
