    Im pulling for ya Sorel, that you do the right thing here. What ever that may be, Im confident it will be the right one. You have so much to gain by just being yourself and nobodys puppet. As far as Mcloed goes, it would have come out eventually anyway. Age cannot hide with men, only women lol

    I'm not saying Sorel is innocent because the fact is I don't have any more information then you guys. I'm saying, just lay off the hating for a bit. Sorel has a totally clean record and I want to see more proof than him not playing on FTP for a few days...he has always been legit in the past in my experience. -Jeff

    Clay, I wouldn't feel dumb even if (bigger) shit hits the fan. I am saying to wait till closure on matter to then attack or whatever, and defending a person who I know very well, not defending the MA, or whatever. Sigh, I need some chocolate milk... Godamit, MORE COW BELL!

    Wow, none of this adds up at all. If there is going to be an interview over the weekend, where will it be taking place and where can I get my hands on it. This all seems shady but like I've said before, I hope Sorel didn't cheat, but I fear that he did, and is now trying to do damage control as well as he can. EFF CHEATERS!!!!

    Well that doesn't really change anything since you don't adress the wider issues at all, so I'm gonna repost what I wrote in the other thread.
    But yes it would be very ironic, but not even unexpected, if this will be a Bluff interview.

    I think it's becoming clear that a large part of the reason the people are defending these people are of course because they've done, are doing or WOULD do the exact same things.

    There is no doubt huge amounts of this is going on.

    In many ways this is poker history repeating itself.
    Early live poker days where full of cheating and other low life shenanigans and early, it is still early, online poker is very much the same and needs to be cleaned up.
    Sooner rather than later because this is definitely not helping an industry, especially in America, in a lot of trouble.

    And we only get to see the top of the iceberg after all and I think the picture that has been emerging for some time now, is one where most, certainly the young american online donkament whiz kids, are quite simply cheaters gaining one unfair advantage after the other.

    I think people who are still, after everything that has come out now, respecting these kids are seriously kidding themselves and need to not only grow up but grow some morals too.
    The people not condemning them, covering for them or defending them even are doing as much damage as the cheaters themselves.
    This of course if any of these people aren't already cheaters which I guess is highly doubtful.

    Hopefully with legalization around the corner something will happen and the sites will take drastic steps to clean this mess up.

    I think this should include criminal charges and I don't think there is any doubt we'll see a lot of the kids who people have drooled over for way too long, top of the ranking cheaters, face some very serious consequences.

    Good riddance cheaters.

    Glag to finally hear something from imp.

    If you go back and read the thread, to be honest the hate for imperium, is actually not that bad considering this situation. It appears, although we don't know the facts yet, that imper1um was guilty of cheating (or whatever word you want to use). Despite this a lot of people stuck up for him in the thread and the rest were mostly saying this is a disgrace to online poker. Considering the facts we are going on I really think this shows that Imp has been given the benefit of the doubt to a certain extent until more facts come out. Lets face it the flaming could have been a LOT worse. Just imagine for one second if Ship Happens (no offense Ship) was in this situation instead of Sorel. So to the people saying lay off imp, I think to be honest, we as a community already are.

    About the Mattg incident. This is just a he said he said situation and none of us know the truth except the parties involved so no point speculating.

    Regarding Andy McLeod, it was already well known that Andy was underage so thats really blah, however I do think its kind of silly for him to blame his own tilting on anyone else. If you are going to sit in $5k HU SNG's what do you expect would happen? I would sit in vs my Grandmother in a $5k HU if I thought she was on tilt.

    i know youre just being a good friend maridu, but i think you being close with imp actually makes your opinion less valuable in situations like these. you're clearly gonna be biased and way on one side of the fence (like any good friend would be).
