1. No longer should anyone be allowed to say NH, VNH or GH anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the F does nice hand mean? NOTHING!!!!!! To compliment someone on something they had no control over is absurd. Nice hand? WTF. And then people have the BALLS to actually say TY. ARGH. Thank you?? WHat did you do? NOTHING.

From now on, people should only be allowed to to say Nice play or NP VNP WP or nice call or VNC or good read or NLD. Commend people on their play, NOT their hand. Anyone can get a hand.

Done rant.

NH, LOLOLOLOL hahahaahah, gag!

2. O' Ambassador,
Do you have any idea if Paradise has plans to allow players to play more than one SNG at a time?
3. what really pisses me off is when i lose a big pot or get knocked out of a tournament by the stupidest play imaginable (like calling for all your chips to hit that gut shot getting 1:1.25) and then seeing a crowd of nh, nh, nh, nh, nh, nh applauding the donk move as i'm about to close the window
4. all this negativity...

I think it's OK to acknowledge a hand, a play, a call, a fold and the amount of gloss from a freshly buffed head.

dela who has "nice gloss" and now knows how to "tilt" an otherwise unflappable player!
5. I couldnt AGREE more!!!
That really get me pissed you push with something like TT JJ or so get a donkey call from 74ss and he get a str8flush and everyone tell wow VNH and i sit there are they FUCKING KIDDING me or...

6. yes paradise will be allowing more than one.

And dela, nice hand is not an acknowledgable thing. .......well, at lease one shouldn't respond with TY. LOL. A more appropriate response would be. Ya, it was.

Ty?? TY!!!?? What the heck did you do to be able to say TY? NOTHING

LOL
all in good fun. But seriously....... TY!!??

7. I propse that instead of saying nh....evryone should be forced to say "F Todd".

9. Paradise shot themselves in the ass with the removal of the private tournaments.

Those people built their tournament system, particularly in Omaha.

The Big Blue ($150 buy-in) tournament had less than 30 players the other night, the first time since Paradise stabbed the private tournament hosts in the back. It was great to see that.

Ever since Sportsbook.com linked up with them, Paradise has gone right into the shitter.

To Hell with them, until such time (if ever) as they pull their heads out of their asses.

(Yes, I'm a bit bitter.. heh.. why wouldn't I be? Generate over $60,000 in rake for a site, have them stick a knife in your back, and see if you aren't bitter about it.)

F Paradise.
10. I only say nice hand because its a lot nicer then saying "fuck you you fucking retard what the fuck were you fucking thinking!!!!"
11. Umm, correct me if I'm wrong, but "Nice hand," serves to comment on both good play as well as good cards; in my opinion, both are perfectly reasonable.

We all wait for monster hands; when you hit As over Ks it's a "nice hand" whether you had any control over it or not, and saying "Thank you," is a courtesy acknowledging the person took the time to comment, not necessarily taking credit for the way the cards fell.

It's just like saying "Sorry," when you start the hand behind and then catch an outside card to beat a dominating hand. It's not like you are apologizing for the cards because it's not your fault you hit your 3-outer -- you're apologizing for the situation because it's unfortunate.

It's like someone complimenting the color of your eyes. You don't say, "Please spare me! I was born with them," you say "Why, thank you. That's a nice thing to say." Why? Because you picked your eye color?

In short, calm down. You're going a bit too far in the "purist" direction to demand people not exchange pleasantries when good cards fall.
12. yikes, did you really take the time to explain this? LOL. Guess you missed it.

15. I agree that "nh" is entirely overused. Every time some jackass chases a two-outer to the river and hits there are a cacophany of people chiming in "nh",and it is one of the most annoying things at the online poker table. Either people just say it by rote, don't actually care enough to tell the difference between good and bad play, or are more impressed by the luck of the draw than by the skill of the players. However - I think this post is a misinterpretation. When I say "nh" in those rare legitimate circumstances, I mean "nicely played hand" not "nice hole cards". In the literal sense, it is pointless to compliment someones hole cards, but I think we should all be able to appreciate great play when we see it.
16. Nah, I knew you had me, I just didn't really feel like playing from 500 chips or whatever I had left.

17. can i warm up?

F Todd

F Todd 1

F Toddles

18. when i used to have my chat, i would say "SMFD".
19. Yeah, that used to bug be too, when people said NH, like they had anything to do with it. We all no it's the unrandom number generator, err random. I say it now to build up their ego, so I can tear it down,
20. U guys need to get LAID.
21. I propose that not only should 'NH' be eliminated, but also the word 'OWNS' on this site! Its such a fucking old bit! Come up with something new and fresh for christ sake!

F Todd
22. I say nh and vnh all the time and will continue to do so :)

23. I say nothing 'cause my chat is always revoked.
