I wrote a note on a player twice on stars and they were both erased not by me...

    Does this seem weird to you guys? I was watching brynkenney own the tuesday 1/4 milli or whatever it was last week, wrote a random note on his sn, something along the lines of huge mtt baller, played under his brothers acct UDONWANIT and got 2nd in wcoop main event, etc etc.... Then like the next day I go to see if a couple of my friends were playing while I was waiting for some tourneys to start, and checked bryn to see if he was in any huge cash games the day after he won 60k and I realized the note I wrote on him wasn't there anymore. Which I thought was kinda weird.. so I wrote another note on him just to test it out, and low and behold the next day that note was also not on his sn anymore. Not sure if this is something normal or does stars observe the notes you write or something? Not really a huge deal, but I thought it was kinda odd what do you guys think?

    I think in the past people have lost notes when sites do updates. Not sure if this was stars or not but im sure it happened somewere. Try checking in the stars file incase they are still there

    stars has been having problems with their notes, I talked to support about it and they are working on fixing it.

    You could possibly lose all of your notes depending on the problem. But support can walk you through how to get them back.

    It started with a problem with a player whose name has special characters in it. Im not sure if that was the whole problem or not though.

    If you end up losing them all and need help, send me a pm, I might be able to help.

    Pretty sure no sites monitor player's notes.

    This has also been happening to me lots over the past month.

    I have put notes on a new player, then see the same player a couple days later with my notes erased. I was wondering what is going on.

    Hope it gets fixed.

    how do you know that you wrote a note on them if there was no note to let you know that you wrote a note?

    FTR notes are only computer specific. So if you put a note on BrynKenny on your laptop and then checked it from your desktop, it wouldnt show up. If you go back to your laptop, its there.

    *edit* and i really hope they arent monitored....I've said some nasty stuff over the last 6 years
