Hello there! I decided to bring this hand up for discussion because I thought it was a particularly interesting spot, and because of this I decided to try my hand at some calculations. It's a pretty complicated one, but I feel like I could learn alot from doing it, and I want to share my thoughts with you.
Ok, so this is the bubble of a $60 45 man turbo, the bigstack is shoving 90% of hands and is killing the table, he seems to know what's going on in terms of bubble play. When he shoves here it's gonna be any two, and so I gave him that range on pokerstove.
Melikman, however, from my limited experience with him wasn't shoving in spots I would consider easy shoves. His range here is sososo tight that I actually considered folding, but under further consideration put it at AKs,AKo,QQ+
Here's what pokerstove gave me :
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 15.030% 14.82% 00.21% 28873762164 408393288.00 { random }
Hand 1: 36.993% 34.94% 02.05% 68072273568 3997968426.00 { QQ+, AKs, AKo }
Hand 2: 47.977% 45.96% 02.01% 89547364692 3922762374.00 { KK }
Ok, so I have 45%ish equity against these ranges.
I tried looking at ICM but my head started hurting after the first few articles. Is this a call according to ICM? Or is this too complicated a situation to apply ICM?

Not sure why you wanted to use an ICM for this.
You have KK with < 4BB. AutoShove.
But lets say you have 8BB and TJs, that would be ideal for in your scenerio for ICM -
With a short stack like that, you have to shove every time with KK unless you just want to fold into the money.
-
I think the chipleader is making a mistake by shoving into stacks that are this short.
Just about everyone at this table is priced in to call. People will fold their junk hands but their not gonna fold any average plus hand with such a short stack. J2o is about as bad a hand as you can have when you do get called.
