    i had an account on full tilt and PS back in 05' but stopped playing until now. i didnt win any money on those accounts. but i forgot the screen name and email an stuff. and i made a new account when i moved from california to texas for college and if i start winning money will the sites take my money away?

    probably not.
    but just email their support, they'll either give you the details of your old accounts or give you permission to open new ones.

    No because even though they don't allow 2 accounts, they can clearly see that the old account has been inactive for a loooong time so you're not a multi-accounter.

    They will let you move/withdraw your money and then normally close the new accounts and give you info on the old ones as long as you haven't been doing shady shit.

    The short answer is most likely yes if it isn't a large amount but your posts are pretty shady.

    in his past posts he said wants to use prepaid visas instead of a trackable account, says hes new to online yet now says he had stars and tilt accounts in 05....kinda sketchy sir....kinda sketchy

    You will be fine, I did this once after I took a one year hiatus from poker. I forgot I had a stars account, I created another one, and they just sent me an email and merged the accounts' funds and FPPs.
